Introduction
These terms of service are effective for all users from November 13, 2024. This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "your") and Zvasc Inc., a company registered under the laws of Gibraltar (Registration Number: 547), with its principal office at Unit 3.1, Third Floor, Waterport Place, 2 Europort Avenue, Gibraltar. Zvasc Inc. is licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar.
By accessing or using the Zvasc platform—including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform")—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any other applicable policies.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
Eligibility
To use Zvasc:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not be a resident or national of a jurisdiction under international sanctions or any jurisdiction deemed prohibited by Zvasc.
- You may not use the Platform if you are on any sanctions or watch list issued by relevant authorities.
Definitions
- Zvasc: The digital asset trading and profit-sharing platform owned and operated by Zvasc Inc.
- Service: Includes all features offered by Zvasc, including AI-powered trading, referral programs, user dashboards, and profit claiming tools.
- User: Any individual who has successfully registered and completed verification on Zvasc.
Account Creation and Management
Account Registration
To use Zvasc services, you must register an account, providing accurate personal and financial information. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited.
Identity Verification
You must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before accessing key services. This includes submission of identity documents, proof of address, and any additional information required under applicable law. Failure to verify may result in limited access or account termination.
Commitment and Profit Sharing
- To begin earning, users must commit a minimum of 100 USDT, which will be locked for 120 days.
- Daily profits are generated through Zvasc’s AI-powered trading engine, Alice 3.
- Users must manually claim daily profits; unclaimed profits will be forfeited and redistributed within the platform.
- Users may increase their committed amount or reinvest profits at any time.
Referral and Tier System
- Users begin at Level 1 (Baby Swan), earning 3.5% daily.
- As users refer more members and increase committed amounts, they may progress through levels up to Level 5 (Black Swan), earning up to 10% daily and weekly bonuses up to 750 USDT.
- Only active referrals (those who commit and claim daily profits) count toward level progression.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Circumvent account limitations or create multiple accounts.
- Engage in activity that harms the integrity of the platform or its users.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.
Risk Acknowledgement
Trading and investing in digital assets involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Zvasc provides no guarantees of return. Users are responsible for understanding and accepting all risks before committing funds.
